USSD and voice sandbox

A test network that proves every instruction fits the limits of a basic phone.

Mobile networks in Ghana cap a USSD session at 160 characters and about 150 seconds. The sandbox simulates those limits so every message is written to fit before it reaches a farmer.

The same instruction can trigger a pre-recorded voice message, so farmers who cannot read hear the advice instead.
